Legacy Data Migration
PSC has developed a proven data migration methodology, derived from past experience on previous data migration projects. This methodology has been developed and refined from previous engagements and is proven to work in real world scenarios.
Our legacy data migration method includes the following key steps:
- Evaluation of your data resources
- Detailed requirements defined for conversion
- A project plan with a milestone timeline is developed
- Mappings from current to future database models are designed, documented, and reviewed with your staff
- Conversion software is developed, tested, and validated to 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
- Throughout the entire conversion, we remain onsite and provide back-office support until completion
